摘  要:广东中山长坑水库重建工程是广东省首个采用堆石混凝土技术的大坝项目。该水库位于中山市五桂山北台溪支流长坑上,始建于1972年,原为一座以防洪、供水为主,发电为辅的小(1)型水库。由于原大坝建设质量较差,存在严重的渗漏问题,加之地理位置重要,一旦失事损失不可估量,因此决定进行重建。重建工程采用了堆石混凝土技术,该技术施工便捷、无需振捣、简化温控,能有效抑制混凝土出现温度裂缝,同时利用旧坝体拆除的废石料作为堆石料,节约了材料成本。新坝设计坝高26.5m,坝顶宽5.5m,于2010年7月5日开始浇筑,2011年6月完成封顶,至今已运行近13年,运行情况良好,无明显裂缝、冻融破坏,表面完整,无剥落,无溶蚀物,有效提高了水库的年供水能力,并在防汛抗洪中发挥了重要作用。The reconstruction project of the Changkeng Reservoir in Zhongshan,Guangdong,is the first dam project in Guangdong Province to adopt rock-filled concrete technology.Located on the Changkeng tributary of the Beitai Stream in Wuguishan,Zhongshan City,the reservoir was originally constructed in 1972 as a small (Type I)reservoir primarily for flood control and water supply,with power generation as a secondary function.Due to the poor construction quality of the original dam,there were serious leakage issues.Given its important geographical location,the potential losses in case of failure are immeasurable,leading to the decision to rebuild.The reconstruction project utilized rock-filled concrete technology,which is convenient for construction,does not require vibration,simplifies temperature control,and can effectively prevent temperature cracks in the concrete.Additionally,it used the waste stone materials from the dismantled old dam as rock materials,saving material costs.The new dam is designed with a height of 26.5 meters and a crest width of 5.5 meters.Construction began on July 5,2010,and the capping was completed in June 2011.It has been in operation for nearly 13 years with a good performance,showing no obvious cracks,freeze-thaw damage,surface integrity,no peeling,and no dissolution materials.It has effectively improved the annual water supply capacity of the reservoir and has played an important role in flood prevention and flood fighting.
