摘　　要：马钢四钢轧总厂300吨转炉采用风碎法和辊压-常压热闷处理转炉钢渣;其中利用风碎法处理占钢渣总量的60%,利用辊压-常压热闷工艺处理其余钢渣。逐渐形成马钢特有的风碎和辊压-常压热闷组合工艺在线处理转炉钢渣的技术。处理后的钢渣浸水膨胀率小,f-CaO低,钢渣稳定性良好,其中风碎渣产品可以直接利用,后续需要进行分选的热闷渣粒度均匀,渣铁分离良好,有利于金属铁的回收和利用,可显著降低钢渣加工运营成本。The 300-ton converter of Masteel No.4 Steel Rolling Plant adopts the air crushing method and rolling atmospheric hot stuffing treatment of converter steel slag;Among them,60% of the total steel slag is treated by air crushing method,and the rest of the steel slag is treated by rolling-atmospheric hot stuffing process.In the produc tion,Masteels unique air-crushing and rolling-atmospheric hot-stuffy combined process has gradually formed the technology of on-line treatment of converter steel slag.The treated steel slag has a small soaking expansion rate,low f-CaO,and good stability of steel slag,among which the air slag products can be directly utilized,and the particle size of the hot slag that needs to be sorted in the subsequent is uniform,and the slag iron separation is good,which is conducive to the recovery and utilization of metal iron,and can significantly reduce the operating cost of steel slag processing.
