摘 要:针对装配式钢支撑中千斤顶嵌入节点的弱轴承载性能低造成基坑支撑结构失稳的问题,开展该支撑和节点承载性能足尺模型试验。依据标准构件循环利用原则和弹性阶段变形限值,利用节点弯矩-转角曲线确定其弱轴初始转动刚度的试验值。利用有限元建立试件和节点的实体单元模型,对比有限元计算结果与试验数据,验证有限元模拟分析的可靠性和初始转动刚度计算值的准确性。所得节点初始转动刚度计算方法可为装配式型钢支撑结构的直接分析提供节点弹簧转动刚度,针对实体单元模型计算复杂问题,提出优化方案。To address the issue of instability in foundation pit support structures caused by the low weak-axis bearing capacity of jacking nodes in assembled steel struts,a full-scale model test of the bearing performance of the support and nodes was conducted.Based on the principle of standard component recycling and the deformation limit in the elastic stage,the initial rotational stiffness of the weak axis was determined using the moment-rotation curve of the nodes.A solid ele ment model of the specimen and nodes was established using finite element analysis,and the reliability of the finite element simulation analysis and the accuracy of the initial rotational stiffness calculation value were verified by comparing the simula tion results with the experimental data.The obtained method for calculating the initial rotational stiffness of the nodes can provide the nodal spring rotational stiffness for the direct analysis of assembled steel support structures,thereby solving the problem of high computational cost associated with solid element models.
