摘 要:通过对比分析CGO取向硅钢中间厚度轧硬卷不同工序生产的优劣,确定综合效率最高,成本最低的生产工艺路径;通过优化焊接工艺、提升酸洗能力,有效解决制约生产的关键问题,同时规范原料工艺控制,优化拉矫、切边、轧制工艺,提升通板稳定性,实现CGO取向硅钢在酸洗连轧机组的稳定高效生产,支撑CGO取向硅钢轧硬卷的效益提升。By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different processes of CGO oriented silicon steel intermediate thickness rolling hard coil,the production process path with the highest comprehensive ef ficiency and the lowest cost was determined.By optimizing the welding process and improving the pickling capacity,the key problems restricting production are effectively solved,and the raw material process control is standardized,the tension leveling,trimming and rolling processes are optimized,the stability of the through plate is improved,the stable and efficient production of CGO oriented silicon steel in the pickling and rolling unit is realized,and the ef ficiency of CGO oriented silicon steel hard coil is improved.
