摘  要:针对马钢大H型钢产线生产的高强热轧H型钢轧后快速冷却翼缘变形问题,结合轧制过程和轧后翼缘变形形貌分析,产生原因主要是经过UF轧制后的热轧H型钢通过轧后快速冷却系统,翼缘内外、上下侧的冷却速度不一致导致。通过优化UF孔型优化设计等措施,有效减少了此类翼缘变形的发生,显著提升了产品质量和经济效益。Aiming at the deformation problem of the flange of high-strength hot-rolled H-beam steel produced by Ma Steel's Large H-beam Branch after rapid cooling,through rolling process analysis,the main cause is that the hot-rolled H-beams after UF rolling pass through the rapid cooling system after rolling,resulting in inconsistent cooling rates on the inner and outer,upper and lower sides of the flange.By optimizing the UF hole design and other measures,the occurrence of such flange deformation has been effectively reduced,significantly improving product quality and economic benefits.
