摘 要:为探究50Mn钢中MnS夹杂物的析出规律,采用Thermo-Cal热力学计算软件,对50Mn钢中MnS夹杂物的析出过程进行模拟计算。结果表明,50Mn钢中MnS夹杂理论初始析出温度为1401℃,随着温度的降低,其析出量逐渐增加、析出速度逐渐减小。MnS夹杂物主要在钢水凝固过程中析出,主要析出温度范围为1200℃~1401℃,应重点研究钢水凝固过程中中包钢水过热度、冷却工艺、电磁搅拌工艺等连铸工艺参数对MnS夹杂物析出特征的影响。钢中S、Mn含量对其析出影响较大,当S、Mn含量升高时,析出温度不断提高且趋势逐渐变缓。对于低硫钢或超低硫钢,钢中[S]含量的细微变化可能会导致MnS夹杂物的析出温度发生较大的变化,因此应对钢中[S]含量进行精确控制,力争实现[S]含量的窄范围精确控制。To investigate the precipitation pattern of MnS inclusions in 5oMn steel,Utilizing the Thermo-Cal thermodynamic calculation software to simulate the precipitation process.The calculations revealed that the theoreti cal initial precipitation temperature for MnS inclusions in 50Mn steel is 140iC.As the temperature decreases,the precipitation amount gradually increases while the precipitation rate gradually decreases.MnS inclusions mainly pre cipitate during the solidification process of molten steel,with a main precipitation temperature range of 1200℃-1401℃.The study should focus on the influence of continuous casting process parameters such as ladle water super heat,cooling process,and electromagnetic stirring process on the precipitation characteristics of MnS inclusions during the solidification process of molten steel.The content of sulfur(S)and manganese(Mn)in steel significantly affects their precipitation.As the S and Mn content increases,the precipitation temperature rises and the trend grad ually slows down.For low sulfur steel or ultra-low sulfur steel,slight changes in the[S] content in the steel may cause significant changes in the precipitation temperature of MnS inclusions.Therefore,precise control of the[S]content in the steel should be achieved to achieve narrow range precise control of the[S]content.
