摘  要:马钢公司长材事业部高速线材产线为解决离心式冷却风机冷却效率低、冷却不均匀等问题,将斯太尔摩风冷线上的离心式风机改为轴流式风机。改造后,冷却能力显著提升,冷却均匀性有效改善,盘螺产品力学性能明显改善,同时实现普通盘螺降低钒元素含量,高强钢筋盘螺降低铌元素含量,降本效益可观。To solve the problems of low cooling efficiency and uneven cooling of centrifugal cooling fans in the high-speed wire production line of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.'s long section department,the centrifugal fans on the Stelmor air-cooled line have been replaced with axial flow fans.After the transformation,the cooling capacity has been significantly improved,the uniformity of cooling has been effectively improved,and the mechanical proper ties of spiral products have been significantly improved.At the same time,ordinary spiral products can reduce vana dium content,and high-strength steel spiral products can reduce niobium content,resulting in significant cost reduc tion benefits.
