摘 要:针对投产初期马钢400万吨/年带式焙烧机球团工序能耗高达19.38kgce/t的问题,产线通过采取提高物料平衡性实现高产降耗、优化铁精矿配矿实现原料降耗、提高生球质量稳定性实现稳产降耗以及优化热工制度实现操作降耗等措施,工序能耗降到17.00kgce/t以下,领先于国内同行。In view of the problem that the energy consumption in the pelletizing process of Masteel's 4 million tons/year belt roaster was as high as 19.38kgce/t at the initial stage of production,the energy consumption in the production line was reduced to below 17.00kgce/t by taking measures such as improving the material balance to a chieve high production and consumption reduction,optimizing the iron concentrate blending to achieve raw material consumption reduction,improving the quality stability of green pellets to achieve stable production and consumption reduction,and optimizing the thermal system to achieve operation consumption reduction,which was ahead of domestic counterparts.
