摘  要:针对窄搭接焊机在生产2.0mm厚度的DP780双相钢时操作侧焊缝杯凸试验不合格的问题,通过对焊缝异常部位的杯凸形貌观察、焊接曲线分析、金相和扫描电镜观察,再加上设备精度的检查,明确了焊机设备精度不足是导致焊缝异常的主要原因。通过采取针对性的设备精度调整措施,成功解决了焊缝异常问题,为提升产品质量和生产效率提供了有力支持。In response to the problem of unqualified cup convex test of the operation side weld seam during the production of DP780 duplex steel with a thickness of 2.0mm using a narrow lap welding machine,through observa tion of the cup convex morphology of the abnormal part of the weld seam,analysis of the welding curve,metallo graphic and scanning electron microscopy observation,and inspection of equipment accuracy,it was determined that insufficient accuracy of the welding machine equipment is the main reason for the abnormal weld seam.By taking targeted measures to adjust equipment accuracy,the problem of abnormal welds has been successfully solved,provi ding strong support for improving product quality and production efficiency.
