摘 要:本文重点分析了某厂制约板坯连铸机低碳钢高效生产及影响铸坯质量控制的主要因素,通过优化结晶器冷却、结晶器振动参数、浸入水口内型、保护渣理化性能,增加结晶器足辊数量及增大二冷强度、保持合适倒锥度等措施,拉坯速度由1.6m/min提升至2.0m/min后,未发生黏结报警,铸坯表面无裂纹,铸坯窄面鼓肚量单侧≤5mm,热轧卷夹杂封闭率≤5%,应用效果良好。The main factors that influence the efficiency of low carbon steel production and the quality control of slab are analyzed.By adopting the mould oscillation parameters,selecting the nozzle shape,adjusting the main phys ical and chemical properties of mould powders,increasing the number of mould foot rollers,adopting the mould ta per and increasing the water flow rate of mould cooling and secondary cooling,the casting speed of low carbon steel is increased from 1.6 m/min to 2.0 m/min.There are no adhesion alarms and no crack on the surface of high-speed slab.The slab narrow face bulging value is less than 5 mm and the inclusion sealing rate in hot rolling is less than 5%.With the increase in casting speed,the production efficiency after industrial application is improved.
