摘　　要：马钢深入学习贯彻落实习近平总书记考察调研中国宝武马钢集团重要讲话精神,立足战略发展定位,创新管理理念,以“五小”为着力点,强化顶层设计,建立健全保障机制,以项目化推进管理改善,实现管理方法改进、员工面貌焕新和经营指标提升,为加快打造后劲十足大而强的新马钢汇聚智慧和力量。Masteelthoroughly implements the important speech spirit of President Xi Jinping's inspection and re search tour at China Baowu Masteel Group,focusing on strategic development orientation and innovative manage ment concepts.With an emphasis on the"Five Smalls"initiatives,Masteel strengthens top-level design,establishes and improves safeguard mechanisms,and advances management improvements through projectization,These efforts have led to improvements in management methods,revitalization of employee morale,and enhancements in business indicators,pooling wisdom and strength to accelerate the creation of a new,resilient,large,and strong Masteel.
