摘 要:生产性正义是奥康纳生态学社会主义理论的核心,这一思想植根于他对历史唯物主义的重构,发展于其独创的“双重危机”理论之中,在对分配性正义的批判过程中逐步成熟。奥康纳提出生产性正义的目的是为了修正资产阶级推崇的分配性正义。生产性正义是正义实现的唯一形式,生态学社会主义是实现生产性正义的唯一路径,生产性正义应全面取代分配性正义,这便是其思想的三大命题。奥康纳的生产性正义思想有着明显的局限性,主要表现为正义实现形式的单一性、正义实现途径的空想性、分配性正义否定的片面性。但奥康纳生产性正义思想以环境史为研究视界,具有浓厚的历史视野、强烈的批判意识、深切的人文关怀,对中国乃至全球生态文明建设都有一定的借鉴意义。Productive justice is the core of OConnors theory of ecological socialism,an idea rooted in hisreconstruction of historical materialism,developed in his original theory of the“double crisis”,and graduallyrefined in the course of his eritique of distributive justice.The purpose of OConnor's proposal of productivejustice is to correct the bourgeoisie's promotion of distributive justice.Productive justice is the only form ofjustice realization;ecological socialism is the only path to realize productive justice,and productive justiceshould fully replace distributive justice—those being the three major propositions of his thought.O'Conno'sproductive justice thought has obvious limitations,which are mainly manifested in the singularity of the form ofjustice realization,the vacuousness of the path of justice realization,and the one-sidedness of the negation ofdistributive justice.However,taking environmental history as the reseanch horizon,O'Connor's idea ofproductive justicehas a strong historical vision,a strong critical consciousness,and a deep humanistic concern,and is of some reference significance to the construction of ecological civilization in China and even globally.
