摘　　要：财经类高校通识选修课把党的二十大精神纳入课程体系是落实立德树人根本任务的现实要求,是通识选修课实现提质增效的实践要求,是培育新财经时代青年学生成长成才的使命要求。党的二十大精神融入财经类高校通识选修课,需要把新时代十年伟大变革的成功案例、将以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的使命任务、将新时代新征程党和国家事业发展的决策部署等精髓内容融入课程体系。文章创新性提出了“内容+支撑+评价”通识选修课课程思政教改设计方案:“内容”指的是把党的二十大精神融入课程教学目标、教学内容以及实施过程;“支撑”指的是党的二十大精神融入财经类高校通识选修课需要强有力的组织支撑、师资支撑和资源支撑;“评价”指的是党的二十大精神融入财经类高校通识选修课需要科学的效果评价机制。Incorporating the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China into thecurriculumn system of general elective courses in finance and economics universities is a practical requirementfor implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent,a practical requirement for imaprovingthe quality and efficiency of general elective courses,and a mission requirement for cultivating the growth andsuccess of young students in the new era of finance and economics.The spirit of the 20th National Congress ofthe Communist Party of China(CPC)is integrated into the general education elective courses of financialcolleges and universities.It is necessary to integrate the essence of the curriculum system,such as thesuccessful cases of the great changes in the new decade,the mission of comprehensively promoting the greatrejurvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization,and the decision-making anddeployment of the development of the Party and national cause in the new era and new journey.The articleinnovatively proposes a design plan for the ideological and political education reform of the general electivecourse-Content+Support+Evaluation;Content refers to the integration of the spirit of the 20th NationalCongress of the Communist Party of China into the course teaching objectives,teaching content,andimplementation process;Support refers to the strong organizational,faculty,and resource support required forthe integration of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China into general electivecourses in finance and economnics universities;Evaluation refers to the scientific mechanism for evaluating theeffectiveness of integrating the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China intogeneral elective courses in finance and economics universities.
