摘　　要：基于数字化虚拟仿真技术的发展和客户对于毛衫3D仿真模拟需求量的增加,文章通过将日本岛精公司的SDS·ONE APEX服装设计系统和凌迪的3D Style建模软件相结合,对毛衫3D仿真建模进行研究和分析,包括面料的制作、2D服装结构设计和修正、3D仿真建模的方法以及在3D仿真建模中各部位参数的设置;同时对毛衫3D建模中遇到的问题进行分析并探讨解决方案,为行业内3D虚拟仿真技术的研究应用提供参考。Based on the development of digital virtual simulation technology and the increasing demand for 3D simulation of sweaters from customers,this article combines the SDS·ONE APEX clothing design system of Shima Seiki of Japan with the Lingdi 3D style modeling software to study and analyze the 3D simulation modeling of sweaters,including the production of fabrics,2D clothing structure design and correction,methods of 3D simulation modeling,and the setting of parameters for various parts in 3D simulation modeling.At the same time,the problems encountered in 3D modeling of sweaters are analyzed and the solutions are found,which provides some reference for 3D virtual simulation technology in the industry.
