四面弹凉感抗菌锦氨针织面料开发

摘　　要：选用集异型截面、凉感、抗菌功能于一体的64.44 tex/34 f(40 D/34 f)凉感抗菌锦纶消光加工丝和63.33 tex/34 f(30 D/34 f)细旦锦纶消光加工丝,与2.22 tex(20 D)氨纶进行交织,开发四面弹凉感抗菌锦氨针织面料。阐述原料规格、组织结构、织造工艺等编织工艺,以及磨毛、预定形、染色、定形等染整工艺,并对面料的基本性能和功能性进行测试。结果表明,开发的针织面料具有良好的吸湿、凉感、抗菌性能,而且具有良好的拉伸与回复性,适合用于瑜伽服面料。The cooling, antibacterial and elastic fabric was knitted by 64.44 tex/34 f(40 D/34 f) FD DTY Nylon yarn with irregular cross-section, cool sense and antibacterial function, 63.33 tex/34 f(30 D/34 f) FD DTY micro Nylon and 2.22 tex(20 D) Lycra through interknitting. This paper described the raw material specification, knitting structure and knitting technology, brushing, pre-setting, dyeing, setting and so on. The results show that the knitted fabric has good moisture absorption, cooling and antibacterial properties with good elasticity and recovery, which is suitable for Yoga clothing fabric.
