摘  要:文中以3种不同组织结构的经编间隔织物作为基布进行抗静电缓冲材料的开发研究,采用石墨烯复合水性导电涂料和水性聚氨酯制备不同质量配比(1∶1、1∶2、1∶3)的抗静电涂料,然后通过丝网印刷对3种经编间隔织物分别进行涂层整理,进而制备抗静电缓冲织物,并将制得的试样进行基本力学性能、抗静电性能测试。根据综合效果确定1#试样、溶液配比为1∶1时为最佳工艺。研究为后续以经编间隔织物为基材开发抗静电防护复合材料提供参考价值,用以生产石油、化工和军工等领域防护用产品。In this paper,the antistatic material with impact buffering function was developed by using three kinds of warp-knitted spacer fabrics with different structures as substrate materials.Antistatic coatings with different mass ratios(1∶1,1∶2 and 1∶3)were prepared by graphene composite waterborne conductive coatings and waterborne polyurethane.Then,the antistatic coating was attached to warp knitted spacer fabrics by screen printing to prepare the antistatic buffering fabrics.And the basic mechanical properties and antistatic properties of the samples were tested.According to the comprehensive analysis,the solution ratio of 1∶1 by sample 1#is the best process.The study can provide a reference value for the subsequent development of antistatic protective composite materials based on warp knitted spacer fabrics in the field of production of petroleum,chemical and military and other protective products.
