摘  要:为了改善香蕉茎秆纤维的柔软性能,选用柔软剂ZX-2061对香蕉茎秆纤维进行柔软处理。采用单因素试验探究柔软剂浓度、处理时间和处理温度对纤维力学性能和柔软性能的影响。结果表明:随着柔软剂浓度的增加、处理时间的延长和温度的升高,香蕉茎秆纤维的断裂强度呈下降趋势,断裂伸长率和断裂回转数总体呈增加趋势,纤维的柔软性能变好;当柔软剂浓度为7%,处理时间为50 min,温度为55℃时,香蕉茎秆纤维的断裂伸长率和断裂回转数分别提升,柔软性相对较好;经最佳柔软工艺处理后,纤维表面变得光滑,动、静摩擦系数均有下降;与未处理香蕉茎秆纤维相比,开松后纤维落率下降了20.65%,梳理落率下降了54.79%,从而改善了香蕉茎秆纤维的可纺性。In order to improve the softness of banana stalk fiber,the softener ZX-2061 was selected to treat the banana stalk fiber.The effects of softener concentration,treatment time,and treatment temperature on the mechanical and soft properties of the fibers were investigated using single-factor experiments.The results show that with the increase of softener concentration,treatment time,and temperature,the breaking tenacity of banana stalk fibers tends to decrease,the breaking elongation and breaking rotation number tend to increase in general,and the softness of fibers become better.When the softener concentration is 7%,the treatment time is 50 minutes and the temperature is 55℃,the breaking elongation and breaking rotation number of banana stalk fibers are improved,respectively,and the softness is relatively good.After employment of the optimal softening process,the fiber surface becomes smooth and the dynamic and static frictional coefficient is reduced.Compared with untreated banana stalk fiber,the opening fiber drop rate decreases by 20.65%and the carding drop rate decreases by 54.79%,thus the spinnability of banana stalk fiber is improved.
