石墨烯导电织物紫外线防护与导电性研究

摘  要:通过浸渍还原法将还原氧化石墨烯负载到织物表面,得到具有导电性和防紫外线功能的功能型织物,选用棉、棉氨、涤纶、涤氨织物,对比分析4种功能型织物的防紫外线性能及导电性。结果表明:在经过100次耐磨试验后,RGO-棉织物的防紫外线功能最好,其UPF值为1108.23,UVA值为0.09%;RGO-涤纶织物防紫外线功能最差,其UPF值为99.03,UVA值为1.86%。在经过100次摩擦试验后,4种织物的表面电阻值都小于90.00 kΩ,其中RGO-涤氨织物电阻最大,为87.00 kΩ,RGO-棉织物表面电阻最小,为14.37 kΩ。RGO-涤氨织物和RGO-棉织物的耐洗性能优于RGO-棉氨织物与RGO-涤纶织物。By impregnation reduction method,the reduced graphene oxide was adsorbed on the surface of the fabric to obtain the functional fabric with electrical conductivity and anti-ultraviolet radiation function.The four functional fabrics including cotton,cotton ammonia,polyester and polyester ammonia fabrics were selected to compare and analyze the anti-ultraviolet properties and electrical conductivity.The results show that RGO-cotton fabric has the best anti-ultraviolet radiation function after 100 wear-resisting tests,and its UPF value is 1108.23 and UVA value is 0.09%.RGO-polyester fabric has the worst UV protection function,with UPF value of 99.03 and UVA value of 1.86%.After 100 wearing tests,the surface resistance values of the four fabrics are all less than90.00 kΩ.The maximum resistance of RGO-polyester ammonia fabric is 87.00 kΩ,and the minimum resistance of RGO-cotton fabric is 14.37 kΩ.The washable properties of RGO-polyester ammonia and RGO-cotton are better than those of RGO-cotton ammonia and RGO-polyester.
