匀染剂JAY在锦纶酸性染料染色中的应用性能

摘　　要：通过亲染料型阳离子匀染剂JAY对3支酸性染料上染锦纶织物的缓染试验、匀染试验和移染试验及上染百分率、色差、移染度等测试,探讨匀染剂JAY对锦纶织物酸性染料染色的匀染性。结果表明:匀染剂JAY对锦纶酸性染料染色具有一定的匀染作用,但匀染效果会因染料结构的差异而略有不同。The leveling performance of leveling agent JAY in acid dyeing of nylon fabric was discussed through the retarding experiment,level dyeing experiment and migration dyeing experiment of dyeophilic cationic leveling agent JAY on three acid dyes and the tests of dye uptake percentage,color difference and degree of dyeing migration.The results show that leveling agent JAY has certain level effect on the acid dyeing of nylon fabric,but the level effect will be slightly different due to the difference in the structure of acid dyes.
