摘 要:起毛针织面料蓬松,弹性、保暖性较好,在秋冬季节深受人们青睐,但缺乏用数据量化绒度效果表征的方法。采用间接剪毛称取质量法表征起毛程度,为起毛工艺输出提供可量化的绒度效果表征数据,通过单因素与正交试验设计初步研究后张力与顺逆针输入差绝对值两因素对起毛织物绒度效果的影响。结果表明,剪毛称取质量法简单高效,起毛程度受顺逆针输入差绝对值影响较大,后张力、顺逆针输入差值与绒度效果表征值之间具有良好的线性关系,为分析客样输出起毛工艺参数提供基础。Napping knitting fabrics are fluffy, have good elasticity and warmth, and are favored in the fall and winter seasons. However, there is a lack of methodology to quantitative characterization. The indirect shearing weighing method was used to characterize the degree of napping and provide quantitative Napping data for the output of the napping process. A preliminary study of the effect of two factors, post-tension and absolute value of the difference between the clockwise and anticlockwise inputs, on the napping degree of pile fabrics was carried out by means of a one-factor and orthogonal experimental design. The results show that the shearing weighing method is simple and efficient, the degree of napping is greatly affected by the difference between the input value, and there is a good linear relationship between the post-tension, the difference between the input value and the degree of fluff, which provides a basis for analyzing the output of the guest samples for the process parameters of fluff.
