摘 要:为探究一种用于棉型织物精练的低泡性表面活性剂,通过烷基酰氯与聚醚胺合成了NS2、NS4、NS5这3支表面活性剂,且与市售脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)在表面张力、发泡性能、乳化性能、浊点、分散性能等方面进行对比,并且考察了织物精练效果,如白度、亲水性、撕破强力与应力应变等。结果表明:自制低泡表面活性剂发泡性、稳泡性均低于AEO-9,表面张力、乳化性能均大于AEO-9;产物NS4稳泡性最低,为33.07%;各产物浊点也均高于100℃且最大分散力也相近,适用于棉型织物高温精练;当NS5用量为0.60 g/L时,精练后织物白度最好,与AEO-9效果相差不大,NS5处理后的亲水性最优;撕破强力与应力应变均优于AEO-9。In order to explore a low foam surfactant for cotton scouring, NS2, NS4, and NS5 surfactants were synthesized using alkyl acyl chloride and polyether amine, which were compared with commercially available fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-9) in terms of surface tension, foaming performance, emulsification performance,cloud point, and dispersion performance. The fabric scouring effect, such as whiteness, hydrophilicity, tearing strength, and stress-strain, was also investigated. The results show that the self-made low foam surfactant has lower foaming and foam stability than AEO-9, and higher surface tension and emulsification performance. The foam stability of NS4 is the lowest(33.07%). The cloud points of each product are larger than 100 ℃ and the maximum dispersion force is similar, making it suitable for high-temperature scouring of cotton fabrics. When the dosage of NS5 arrived at 0.6 g/L, the whiteness of the refined fabric is the best, which is similar to AEO-9. NS5 treated fiber has the best hydrophilicity, the tear strength and stress-strain are better than AEO-9 as well.
