摘 要:使用低温精练剂LTB-505进行低温一浴法前处理试验,采用正交试验法研究温度、精练剂用量、H2O2用量、Na OH用量、时间和浴比对织物白度、毛效和顶破强力的影响规律,同时结合单因素变量试验,优化了工艺条件,并与传统高温碱氧法的处理结果进行对比。结果表明,当精练剂用量为2.0 g/L、H2O2用量为3.0 g/L、Na OH用量为3.0 g/L、温度为85℃、时间为40 min和浴比为1∶10时,白度为79.78%,30 min毛效为14.5 cm,滴水扩散时间<1 s,顶破强力保留率为85.44%,前处理效果优于传统高温碱氧法,同时还降低了生产和时间成本。In order to achieve low consumption and high quality pre-treatment effect,it explored one-bath method for cotton knitted fabric under low temperature.In the low-temperature and one-bath pre-treatment experiments,it used low-temperature scouring agent LTB-505,meanwhile,it used orthogonal experimental method to explore other influencing factors to the fabric whiteness,hydrophilicity and bursting strength,including the difference of temperature,the amount of scouring agent,the amount of H_2O_2,the amount of Na OH,the difference of time and the difference of bath ratio.Finally,it used univariate experiments to optimize the process conditions and compared the treatment results with the traditional high temperature method.The optimum process conditions obtained via experiment are 2.0 g/L scouring agent,3.0 g/L H_2O_2,3.0 g/L Na OH,temperature of 85℃,time of 40 minutes and bath ratio of 1∶10.The properties of fabrics treated under the optimum process conditions are:whiteness of 79.78%,capillary effect of 14.5 (cm/30 minutes),drip diffusion time of<1 s and strength retention rate of 85.44%.The low-temperature and one-bath method is superior to the conventional high-temperature and alkali-oxygen method,which reduces production and time costs.
