摘  要:为提高心电信号采集用智能服装的稳定性,针对传感器与皮肤接触问题,提出一种一体化编织智能背心,将服装与织物电极一体化编织后进行加工。同时,利用织物电极添加电刺激理疗功能,起到促进局部血液循环、缓解酸胀和放松肌肉的效果。在智能背心制作完成后,进行心电信号测试、电刺激理疗测试以及服装压力舒适性评价。结果表明:一体化编织背心明显消除了传统传感器的异物感,提高了服装的舒适性;在心电测试时,穿戴者在静止、慢走和慢跑状态下的心电信号稳定;在电刺激测试时,受试者腰部缓解疲劳效果明显,证明一体化编织工艺适用于生理监测类智能服装。In order to improve the stability of intelligent clothing for ECG signal acquisition,an integrated knitted intelligent vest was proposed to solve the contact problem between sensor and skin,which knitted the clothing and fabric electrode for processing.At the same time,the electrical stimulation physiotherapy function was added to the fabric electrode to promote local blood circulation,alleviate muscle acid swelling and relaxing muscles.After the production of intelligent vest,ECG signal test,electrical stimulation physiotherapy test and clothing comfort evaluation were conducted.The results show that the integrated knitted vest significantly eliminates the foreign body sensation of the sensor and improves the comfort of the clothing.In the ECG test,the ECG signal of the wearer is stable in the static and slow state,and in the electrical stimulation test,the subjects'waist relieve fatigue effect is obvious,which proves that the integrated knitting technology is suitable for physiological monitoring intelligent clothing.
