摘 要:为了更好地理解和运用《纺织品织物起毛起球性能的测定第4部分:随机翻滚法》,剖析GB/T4802.4—2020和GB/T 4802.4—2009的差异,针对仪器耗材、试样准备、测试程序和结果评级等方面存在的主要技术差异进行对比试验。结果表明:常规内衬选用聚氯丁二烯内衬,将3块试样放在同一个试验仓,规定短绒棉的参数,测试样的起毛、起球、毡化(绒类)分别评级,可提升测试结果准确性、重现性和可比性。但新版标准也存在一些问题,结合实际检测工作经验,建议标准规定一个合适的空气压力值,取多组试样(每组3块)分别进行每个阶段测试,制定毡化织物样照,以减少这些因素对测试结果的影响。In order to better understand and apply “Textiles ― determination of the fabric propensity to surface pilling, fuzzing or matting ― part 4: random tumble pilling method”, the differences between GB/T 4802.4—2020and GB/T 4802.4—2009 was discussed. The main technical differences in instrument consumables, sample preparation,test procedures and results rating were comparative tested. The results show that lining material should employ polychloroprene lining, 3 samples in the same test chamber, specify the parameters of short staple cotton, and grade the fuzzing, pilling and felting(velvet) of the test sample respectively, which can improve the accuracy, reproducibility and stability of the test results. However, there are some problems in the new version standard. Combined actual detection experience, it proposes the standard should specify a suitable air pressure value, take multiple groups of samples(3 pieces in each group) for each stage of testing and prepare felted fabric sample, in order to reduce the impact of these factors on the test results.
