摘  要:为了提升直线运动类产品的方案设计质量与效率,构建该类产品通用的方案设计流程。根据粗糙数理论,运用粗糙层次分析法(RAHP)计算用户需求重要度,同时针对该类产品的特殊定量需求,通过性能估算其重要度。借助粗糙质量功能展开(RQFD)实现用户需求到技术特征的映射。最后,采取形态矩阵对直线运动系统的模块进行组合,以生成设计方案,并利用重要度对矩阵进行排序,以减少组合爆炸与不兼容的影响。在RAHP-RQFD-形态矩阵设计流程指导下,开展高精度打印设备水平直线运动轴的设计方案生成,最终得出4种候选方案。该流程使设计者能够以自顶向下的方式思考问题,更加精准地围绕用户核心需求开展设计。In order to improve the design quality and efficiency of linear motion products,a common design procedure for such products was constructed.According to the rough number theory,rough analytical hierarchy process(RAHP)was applied to calculate the importance of customer requirements,and the level of performance was used to estimate the importance of specific quantitative requirements for this type of product.Rough quality function deployment(RQFD)was adapted to construct the mapping from customer requirements to technical characteristics.Finally,morphological matrix was taken to combine the modules of the linear motion system to generate a design scheme and the matrix was ranked in rows by importance to reduce the influence of combinatorial explosion and incompatibility.The design of a horizontal linear motion axis for high-accuracy printing equipment was developed under the guidance of a RAHP-QFD-morphology matrix integrated design procedure,and four candidate schemes were generated.This procedure enables designers to work in a top-down manner,and design is more precise around the core needs of the user.
