摘 要:为了解决传统车间制造业较为严重的“黑盒”问题,以钢筋直螺纹加工生产线为研究对象,开展生产线数字孪生云平台的关键技术研究。基于构建的生产线数字孪生云平台的总体框架,从几何、物理、行为、规则4个方面研究数字孪生建模问题;搭建物联网平台,以数据为驱动,实现了物理系统和虚拟模型的双向映射;最后,依托一拖一的锯切丝头线,开发了软硬件集成的钢筋直螺纹加工生产线数字孪生原型系统。通过实际工程案例验证了所提理论与技术的有效性和实用性,展示了数字孪生技术在工业智能化生产的应用价值。钢筋直螺纹加工生产线数字孪生云平台的设计与实现,解决了传统生产管理中无法直观获取现场状态和数据的“黑盒”问题,为未来钢筋加工智能制造提供了一定参考。In order to solve problem of the"black box"in traditional workshop manufacturing industry,taking the rebar straight thread processing line as the research object,key technology research was carried out on the digital twin cloud platform of the production line.Based on the overall framework of the constructed production line digital twin cloud platform,the digital twin modeling problem was studied from four aspects:geometry,physics,behavior and rules.Then an Internet of Things(IoT)platform driven by data was built to achieve bidirectional mapping between physical systems and virtual models.Finally,a digital twin prototype system for rebar straight thread processing line integrating hardware and software was developed based on the one-to-one sawing head line.Through practical engineering cases,the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed theory and technology were verified,demonstrating the application value of digital twin technology in industrial intelligent production.The design and implementation of the digital twin cloud platform of the rebar straight thread processing line solves the"black box"problem that cannot intuitively obtain the field status and data in the traditional production management,and provides a certain reference for the realization of intelligent manufacturing of rebar processing.
