摘  要:泵在出厂前通常会采用跑合扫膛工艺来改善燃油齿轮泵的径向密封性,以提高泵的容积效率,但扫膛产生的金属切屑为泵的装机使用带来了安全隐患,为了探索新的可行结构及工艺,需准确预测泵壳内壁扫膛的方位。以某型航空燃油齿轮泵为对象,将每一个齿轮齿槽视为独立可变容腔,以啮合线及密封线为界对啮合区齿槽进行等压区划分,采用集总参数法建立各容腔的压力瞬态方程,进而推导主从动齿轮所受径向力与容腔压力的关系式,计算得到齿槽压力、齿轮所受径向力的大小及方向随齿轮转角的变化规律,并对比理论计算及泵壳扫膛实验检测结果。结果表明:泵壳内壁扫膛的方位与主、从动齿轮所受径向力的方位一致性良好,验证了模型及计算方法的有效性,可为后续泵壳的改进提供理论依据。In order to improve the volumetric efficiency of the aviation fuel gear pump,the sweeping and cutting process is usually used to increase the radial sealing performance of the pump during running-in period before the pump leaves the factory,however,the metal chips generated by sweeping and cutting can pose unanticipated safety risks for the using of the pump.To explore new feasible structures or processes,an accurate prediction method of the sweeping and cutting position of the pump′s internal wall is required.Taking a certain type of aviation fuel gear pump as the object,each of inter-teeth volumes was viewed as an independent variable cavity and it was divided into uniform pressure volumes by the meshing line and sealing line as boundaries in the meshing zone,the pressure transient equations for each cavity were established using the lumped parameter method,the relationship between the radial force acting on the driving gear or driven gear and the cavity pressure was derived,then the variation of the inter-teeth volume pressure,the magnitude and direction of the radial forces acting on the gears with the gear rotational angle were calculated.The theoretical calculation results and pump′s internal wall sweeping and cutting experimental results were compared.The results show that the sweeping and cutting position of the pump′s internal wall is consistent with the radial forces acting on the driving and driven gears,the effectiveness of the modeling and calculation method is verified.It provides theoretical basis for the pump′s structure improvement.
