摘  要:矿井提升机在井工煤矿生产中承担矿物、设备及人员的运输任务,普遍采用液压泵站集中供能,通过控制阀分配油液的液压系统进行减速制动。随着提升深度、速度和载荷的不断增加,提升机紧急制动时的冲击和振动逐渐加剧,容易出现主轴磨损、钢丝打滑甚至钢丝断裂等安全事故。针对此问题,采用恒减速制动系统来减缓紧急制动时的冲击振动,提出一种采用液压泵站恒压驱动、三通比例减压阀分配动力的恒减速制动系统,建立基于SimulationX的多学科联合仿真模型,对处于不同的速度、减速度和负载等工况下的制动系统进行了仿真,获得了提升机滚筒的转速特性。结果表明:采用所提系统后,提升机制动过程转速波动小,运行比较平稳;在不同运行工况下,达到恒减速制动运行状态的时间为2.48~4.6 s。The mine hoist is responsible for the transportation of minerals,equipment,and personnel in the production of underground coal mines,generally,a hydraulic pump station is used for centralized energy supply and a hydraulic system with control valves is used to distribute oil for deceleration and braking.With the continuous increase of lifting depth,speed and load,the impact and vibration during emergency braking of the hoist gradually intensify,which can easily lead to safety accidents such as spindle wear,wire slippage,and even wire breakage.In view of this problem,a constant deceleration braking system was used to mitigate the impact vibration during emergency braking,a constant deceleration braking system was proposed using hydraulic pump station constant pressure drive and three-way proportional pressure reducing valve to distribute power,and a multidisciplinary joint simulation model based on Simulation X was established to simulate the braking system under different speeds,decelerations and loads,and the speed characteristics of the hoist drum were obtained.The results show that after using the proposed system,the speed fluctuation during the braking process of the hoist is small,and the operation is relatively stable.Under different operating conditions,the time to reach constant deceleration braking operation state from is 2.48 s to 4.6 s.
