摘 要:通过增加超高强Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金中Zn的含量来提升合金的性能已成为超高强Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金领域的研究热点。国内外学者对高Zn含量超高强Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的强韧化机制进行了广泛研究,并取得了多项科研成果,推动了这类合金的发展及其在多个领域的应用。本文综述了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的强韧化机制和Zn含量的提升对于Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金强韧化性能的影响,以及微合金化处理、热处理工艺、形变热处理和大塑性变形等强化手段。通过对比分析各种制备和强化方法对合金微观组织及性能的影响,详细阐述了高Zn含量超高强Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的强韧化机制及方法,展望了其研究方向和发展前景。旨在为高Zn含量Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的成分设计和制备提供指导,以进一步提升其综合性能。Increasing the zinc content in ultra-high strength Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy to enhance its properties has emerged as a significant research focus within the field.Extensive research by scholars worldwide has shed light on the strengthening and toughening mechanisms of high-zinc,ultra-high strength Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy,yielding numerous scientific findings that have propelled the development and application of such alloys across various sectors.This paper reviewed the mechanisms behind the strengthening and toughening of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy,the impact of increased zinc content on these properties,and the various strengthening approaches,including microalloying,heat treatment,deformation heat treatment and large plastic deformation.By comparing and analyzing the effects of different preparation and strengthening methods on the alloy's microstructure and properties,the paper provided a detailed description of the strengthening and toughening mechanisms and methods for high-zinc,ultra-high strength Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy.It also discussed future research directions and prospects,aiming to offer insights for the compositional design and preparation methods of this alloy to further enhance its overall performance.
