摘 要:通过熔炼,向2219铝合金熔体中分别添加0.15%(质量分数)的Zr、Sc、La和Ce,制备含不同稀土元素的Al-Cu合金铸锭;对所得合金进行均匀化热处理、热轧、固溶及时效处理,研究稀土微合金化对2219合金微观结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加Zr、Sc元素均可提高2219合金中Al_(3)M(Al_(3)Zr、Al_(3)Sc、Al_(3)(Sc,Zr))相的密度,而添加La、Ce元素,则会在合金内分别形成Al_(11)La_(3)和Al_(8)Cu_(4)Ce相;上述第二相均可通过抑制再结晶来细化铝合金晶粒。此外,Al_(3)M相能促进θ″相的形成和转化,并可有效地提升人工时效态合金的纳米析出相密度。经历人工峰值时效处理后,含Sc合金强度最高。而在自然时效态合金中,含La合金的综合力学性能最佳。In this study,0.15%(mass fraction)Zr,Sc,La and Ce were added into 2219 aluminum alloy by melting,and the Al-Cu casting ingots containing various rare earth elements were fabricated.The alloys underwent homogenization treatment,hot rolling,solid solution and aging treatment.The effects of rare earth element microalloying on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2219 alloy were investigated.The results indicate that the additions of Zr and Sc elements can increase the density of Al_(3)M(Al_(3)Zr,Al_(3)Sc,Al_(3)(Sc,Zr))phases in the 2219 alloy,while the additions of La and Ce result in the formation of Al_(11)La_(3)and Al_(8)Cu_(4)Ce phases,respectively.The above-mentioned second phases can inhibit recrystallization,thereby refine the grains of alloys.The Al_(3)M phases can also promote the formation and transformation ofθ″phase,and then enhance the density ofθ″phases in the alloys after artificial aging.The Sc-containing alloy with artificial aging state exhibites higher strength than other alloys with the same state.Meanwhile,for the alloys with natural aging state,the La-containing alloy has the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
