摘 要:高铅渣底吹还原炉内天然气-熔体或载气-熔体-煤粉构成的多相体系复杂行为与熔炼效率和系统产能紧密相关。本文基于DPM-VOF耦合模型,研究了工业尺度的高铅渣底吹还原炉内分别以天然气和煤粉为还原剂的气-液两相流和气-液-固多相流复杂行为。结果表明:天然气作还原剂时,炉膛两端熔体流速平缓,喷枪区域流速剧烈,呈“脉冲状”分布;喷枪附近压力呈两侧大、中间小的“V”字形分布;喷枪区域压力波动剧烈,虽可强化气液搅拌过程但易造成喷枪损坏和熔体喷溅。采用煤粉作还原剂时,煤粉从喷枪喷出后最初分布在气团内部和气液交界面处,随后扩散至熔池中上部和烟气区域;熔池内煤粉分布在0.25~0.85 m深度范围;喷枪附近煤粉浓度相近,均未出现沉积现象。The complex behavior of the multiphase system consisting of natural gas-melt or carrier gas-meltpulverized coal in a high-lead slag bottom-blown reduction furnace is closely related to smelting efficiency and system capacity.In this paper,based on the DPM-VOF coupled model,the complex behaviors of gas-liquid twophase flow and gas-liquid-solid multiphase flow within an industrial-scale high-lead slag bottom-blowing reduction furnace were investigated,using natural gas and pulverized coal as reductant,respectively.The results indicate that when natural gas is used as the reductant,the melt velocity at both ends of the furnace is gentle,while the velocity in the lance region is intense,displaying a"pulsating"distribution.The pressure near the lance exhibits a"V"shape distribution,with higher pressures on the sides and lower pressure in the center.The pressure fluctuations in the lance region are intense.Although they can intensify the gas-liquid stirring process,but they also tend to cause damage to the lance and result in melt splashing.When the pulverized coals are used as reductant,they initially distribute within the gas mass and at the gas-liquid interface after being ejected from the lance,then gradually diffuse into the upper part of the bath and the flue gas region.The pulverized coals in the bath are concentrated within a depth range from 0.25 m to 0.85 m.The concentrations of pulverized coals near the lance are similar,with no deposition phenomena observed.
