摘 要:围绕硫酸镍-硫酸亚铁溶液中镍铁分离的难题,本文采用赤铁矿沉铁法在高温水热条件下将溶液中的Fe_(2)+氧化转变为α-Fe_(2)O_(3),实现镍与铁的分离,获得硫酸镍和氧化铁产物。考察多种因素对沉铁行为的影响规律,并研究沉铁过程的行为和机理。结果表明:升高温度和延长反应时间有利于α-Fe_(2)O_(3)的生成,获得铁含量更高的氧化铁沉铁产物。对于含Ni^(2+)浓度80 g/L、Fe^(2)+浓度60 g/L的硫酸镍-硫酸亚铁溶液,在反应温度180℃、氧分压0.8 MPa、反应时间180 min、搅拌转速500 r/min、加入30 g/L晶种的条件下,获得的沉铁产物中铁含量为65.4%,镍含量为0.28%,硫含量为0.96%,其物相组成中93.44%为α-Fe_(2)O_(3),其余为结晶水和少量硫酸盐。沉铁产物中铁的存在形式主要为α-Fe_(2)O_(3),其次为Fe_(2)(O_(4))_(3)、氢氧化物(FeOOH和Fe(OH)O);氧的存在形式主要为晶格氧Fe—O、水分子氧H2O,以及羟基氧(FeO—OH和Fe(OH)O);硫的存在形式主要为O_(4)2-,其与氧化铁晶体晶面的Fe^(3+)发生络合形成Fe_(2)(O_(4))_(3)。Focusing on the difficulty of separating nickel and iron from NiO_(4)-FeO_(4) solution,Fe^(2)+ions were converted intoα-Fe_(2)O_(3) by hematite process,achieving the separation of nickel and iron,and obtaining nickel sulfate and iron oxide products in present work.The effects of various factors on iron precipitation behavior were investigated,and the behavior and mechanism of iron precipitation process were studied.The results indicate that increasing the reaction temperature and prolonging the reaction time are beneficial for the generation ofα-Fe_(2)O_(3),resulting in higher iron content of iron oxide precipitation products.The iron precipitation product with Fe content of 65.4%,,Ni content of 0.28%and S content of 0.96%,is obtained under the conditions as follows:NiO_(4)-FeO_(4) solution containing of 80 g/L in Ni^(2+)concentration and 60 g/L in Fe_(2)+concentration,temperature of 180℃,oxygen partial pressure of 800 kPa,reaction time of 180 min,agitation speed of 500 r/min and crystal seeds addition of 30 g/L.The product is mainly composed ofα-Fe_(2)O_(3),accounting for 93.44%,while the rest consists of crystalline water and a small amount of sulfate.The existing forms of iron present in the iron precipitation product mainly areα-Fe_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)(O_(4))_(3),and hydroxides(FeOOH and Fe(OH)O).The existing forms of oxygen mainly are lattice oxygen Fe—O,water molecular oxygen(H2O)and hydroxyl oxygen(FeO—OH and Fe(OH)O).The existing forms of sulfur mainly is SO2-4,which forms a complex(Fe_(2)(O_(4))_(3))with Fe^(3+)on the crystal surface of iron oxide.
