摘 要:为了提高钛精矿中钛的浸出率,研究了碱焙烧改性钛精矿物料在超声条件下钛的浸出行为及浸出动力学,探讨了碱焙烧对钛精矿性质的改变以及超声功率、硫酸浓度、浸出时间、液固质量比、浸出温度等参数对钛浸出行为的影响。结果表明,碱焙烧可以将钛精矿中的钛转化为更易于浸出的NaFeTiO_(4),在超声功率600 W、硫酸浓度80%、浸出时间120 min、液固比6∶1(g∶g)、浸出温度85℃条件下,钛浸出率达到98.6%。动力学分析发现,钛的浸出过程符合未反应收缩核模型,受内扩散控制,浸出反应的表观活化能Ea为8.819 kJ/mol。超声条件下钛的浸出行为及浸出动力学的研究为钛精矿强化浸出提供了新途径。In order to improve the leaching rate of titanium in titanium concentrate,the leaching behavior and kinetics of titanium in alkali roasted modified titanium concentrate materials under ultrasonic conditions were studied.The changes in the properties of titanium concentrate caused by alkali roasting and the effects of parameters,such as ultrasonic power,sulfuric acid concentration,leaching time,liquid-solid ratio and leaching temperature on titanium leaching behavior were explored.The results show that alkali roasting can convert titanium in titanium concentrate into more easily leached NaFeTiO_(4).Under the conditions of ultrasonic power 600 W,sulfuric acid concentration 80%,leaching time 120 min,liquid-solid ratio 6∶1 and leaching temperature 85℃,the titanium leaching rate can reach 98.6%.The dynamics analysis results found that the leaching process of titanium conforms to the unreacted shrinking nucleus model,controlled by internal diffusion.The apparent activation energy Ea of the leaching reaction is 8.819 kJ/mol.By studying the leaching behavior and kinetics of titanium under ultrasound conditions,a new approach has been provided for enhancing the leaching of titanium concentrate.
