摘　　要：目的探讨甘油三酯葡萄糖-腰围身高比(triglyceride glucose-waist height ratio,TyG-WHtR)指数与可能肌少症之间的相关性。方法基于中国健康与养老追踪调查(China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study,CHARLS)数据进行横断面研究。通过测量握力和重复5次起坐时间诊断可能肌少症,并收集血液生物学标志物及问卷调查等相关数据,运用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨TyG-WHtR指数与可能肌少症的关联,并进行交互作用和亚组分析。结果共纳入分析5496名受访者,其中可能肌少症患者2027例,患病率为36.9%。在调整所有混杂因素的模型中发现,TyG-WHtR指数与可能肌少症呈正相关(OR=1.91,95%CI:1.41~2.60)。对年龄、性别、高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、慢性肺部疾病、心脏病、BMI进行分层分析发现,各亚组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TyG-WHtR指数与可能肌少症呈正相关,当ln转化的TyG-WHtR指数每增加1个单位,可能肌少症发生风险相对增加91%。Objective To explore the correlation between the TyG-WHtR index and possible sarcopenia.Methods Based on the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)data,a cross-sectional study was conducted.Possible sarcopenia was assessed by measuring grip strength and the time to complete five chair stands.The blood biomarkers and questionnaire data were collected.Multivariable Logistic regression analysis was used to study the association between the TyG-WHtR index and potential sarcopenia,as well as to conduct interaction and subgroup analyses.Results Among the 5496 subjects,there were 2027 subjects of the possible sarcopenia,with a prevalence of 36.9%.In the model adjusted for all confounding factors,a positive correlation between the TyG-WHtR index and possible sarcopenia was found(OR=1.91,95%CI:1.41-2.60).In the stratified analysis by age,gender,hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidemia,chronic pulmonary disease,heart disease and BMI,no statistically significant differences were found among the subgroups(P>0.05).Conclusion The TyG-WHtR index is positively correlated with possible sarcopenia,with a relative increase of 91%in the risk of possible sarcopenia when the natural logarithm-transformed TyG-WHtR index increases one unit.
