摘  要:汽车销售服务4S店是企业向顾客展示形象的重要场所,其中工作人员的精神面貌及着装形象对企业文化的展示至关重要。针对4S汽车门店的特性及企业文化理念,通过问卷调查、访谈的方法了解江铃福特汽车公司职业装设计现状,对调研结果进行分析,了解现有职业装功能、款式、色彩、材质及装饰等方面的优点与不足,总结汽车公司员工对职业装的穿着需求,为职业装设计的深入研究提供一定的理论依据和实际数据参考。Automobile sales and service 4S stores are important places for companies to showcase their image to customers,and the mental state and dress image of their staff are crucial for showcasing corporate culture.Based on the characteristics and corporate culture concept of 4S car stores,this study aims to understand the current status of Jiangling Ford Motors'professional clothing design through questionnaire surveys and interviews.The research results are analyzed to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the existing professional clothing in terms of func-tionality,style,color,material and decoration,and the wearing needs of car company employees for professional clothing are summarized,which provides a theoretical basis and practical data reference for in-depth research on professional clothing design.
