摘 要:智能服装作为融合多领域技术的高科技产品,受到越来越多企业和消费者的关注。为了使智能服装在行业里生根发芽,深入挖掘其商业发展模式是至关重要的。文章以老年人群体的呼吸频率监测智能背心为例,制定发展战略和营销策略,分析智能呼吸监测服装产品的功能及服务模式,探讨企业的战略思想规划,并运用SWOT分析法制定合理的营销策略。最后,总结归纳智能服装产品深入市场的可行性措施,为智能企业更好地发展提供参考。As a high-tech product integrating multi-field technologies,smart clothing has atracted more and more attention from enterprises and consumers.In order to make smart clothing take root in the industry,it is crucial to dig into its business development model.In this paper,the development strategy and marketing strategy are formulated by taking the smart undershirt of respiratory rate monitoring for the elderly group as an example.It analyzes the function and service mode of the smart respiratory monitoring clothing products,discusses the strategic thought planning of the enterprise,and formulates a reasonable marketing strategy by using SWOT analysis method.Finally,it summarizes the feasible measures for smart clothing products to go deep into the market,in order to provide reference for the better development of enterprises.
