羽绒的蓬松度与保暖性能研究

摘  要:为了深入探究羽绒蓬松度与保暖性能如何受绒子含量的影响,对绒子含量介于50%~95%的白鹅绒与白鸭绒进行蓬松度及保暖性能测试。试验结果表明,羽绒的蓬松度与其绒子含量之间呈现线性正相关,即绒子含量越高,羽绒的蓬松度也随之显著提升,羽绒的保暖性能亦随着绒子含量的增加而逐步增强。在相同绒子含量的条件下,白鹅绒展现出了相较于白鸭绒更为出色的性能表现,白鹅绒的蓬松度较白鸭绒高出为8.3%~23.4%;在保暖性能方面,白鹅绒的热阻值同样优于白鸭绒,高出为11.8%~25.2%,显示出白鹅绒在维持内部温度稳定、有效隔绝外界冷空气方面的卓越能力。In order to further explore how the fluffyness and warmth performance of down were affected by the content of down,the fluffyness and warmth performance of white goose down and white duck down with down content between 50%~95%were tested.The experimental results show that there is a linear positive correlation between the fluffy degree of down and its down content,that is,the higher the down content,the fluffy degree of down also increases significantly,and the warmth retention performance of down also increases with the increase of down content.Under the condition of the same velvet content,white goose down showed better performance than white duck down.The fluffy degree of white goose down is 8.3%~23.4%higher than that of white duck down.In terms of thermal insulation performance,the thermal resistance value of white goose down is also better than that of white duck down,which is 11.8%~25.2%higher,showing that white goose down has excellent ability to maintain internal temperature stability and effectively isolate external cold air.
