摘 要:为了寻找一种适用于抗撕裂箱包基布的组织结构,并探究其对撕裂强力的影响,文章采用60 tex锦纶66纱线,设计6种不同织物组织和不同经纬纱密度的织物模拟箱包基布,用单舌撕裂法和梯形撕裂法对试样进行撕裂强力测试,并对结果进行分析。结果表明,舌形法撕裂强力测试中,经向密度为344根/10cm的2/2方平组织的经向撕裂强力最大,为459.36N;纬向密度为300根/10cm的2/2方平的纬向撕裂强力最大,为312.68N。梯形法撕裂强力测试中,经向密度为344根/10cm的2/2纬重平组织的经向撕裂强力最大,为959.50N;纬向密度为215根/10cm的2/2方平的纬向撕裂强力最大,为948.50N。织物密度随着撕裂强力变化而变化,但不呈线性相关,不同组织对织物撕裂强力影响较大,方平组织比较适合用来做对撕裂强力要求较高的产品。In order to find a weave structure suitable for tear-resistant luggage base fabric and explore its influence on tear strength,this paper uses 60 tex nylon 66 yarn,designs six fabric-simulated luggage base fabrics with dfferent weaves and different warp and weft densities,and tests the tear strength of the samples by single tongue tear method and trapezoidal tear method,and analyzes the results.The results show that in the tongue-shaped tear strength test,the warp tear strength of 2/2 square flat fabric with warp density of 344 pieces/10 cm is the largest,which is 459.36 N.The weft tearing strength of 2/2 square flat with weft density of 300 pieces/10 cm is the largest,which is 312.68 N.In the trapezoidal tear strength test,the warp tear strength of 2/2 weft rewound fabric with warp density of 344 pieces/10 cm is the largest,which is 959.50 N.The weft tearing strength of 2/2 square plane with weft density of 215 pieces/10 cm is the largest,which is 948.50 N.The fabric density changes with the tear strength,but it is not linearly related.Dfferent weaves have great influence on the tear strength of the fabric,and the square weave is more suitable for making products with higher requirements on tear strength.
