摘　　要：为了提升或改变引塔夏无虚线菱形格工艺的多元化编织,通过分析国产电脑横机的高位罗拉和沉降片的牵拉性能,提出采用“Z”字形局部编织的设计原理,在慈星HP2-52C型电脑横机上编织一种引塔夏无虚线菱形格织物,详细讲解工艺编织方法。所编引塔夏无虚线菱形格织物,边缘清晰,色彩可变,立体效应明显,可以替代专业引塔夏导纱器编织的菱形格工艺,能够为进一步的电脑花样组织结构开发和产品设计人员提供参考。In order to enhance or change the diversified kniting of the intarsia no line grid pattern,by analyzing the performance of the high-position rollers and sinkers in domestic computerized flat knitting machines,a design principle of using "Z" shaped local knitting is proposed,a kind of intarsia diamond fabric without float lines is knitted on the Cixing HP2-52C type computerized flat kntting machine,detailed explanation of craft weaving methods.Knitting intarsia no line grid pattern,distinct edges,variable colors,and pronounced three-dimensional effects,can be substituted specialty intarsia carrier knit grid pattern technology.The article will provide reference for the development of further computer jacquard organisational structures and product design personnel.
