摘 要:氚是核反应中产生的常见放射性核素, 其在环境和生物系统中极具流动性, 氚对人类和其他生物的健康影响日益引起关注。因此, 了解低剂量氚的毒理学效应对评估其对人类健康的潜在影响并制定防护策略具有重要意义。笔者对低剂量氚的毒理学效应进行综述, 探讨低剂量氚对生物健康的可能影响。Tritium,a common radionuclide produced in nuclear reactions,is highly mobile in the environment and in all biological systems,and the health effects of tritium on humans and other organisms are of increasing concern.Therefore,understanding the toxicological effects and carcinogenic effects of low-dose tritium is important for assessing its potential impact on human health and developing protective strategies.In this paper,we review three aspects of tritium:its sources and modes of existence,toxicological effects of low-dose tritium,and carcinogenic effects of low-dose tritium,and discuss the effects of low-dose tritium on biological health.
