摘 要:“晋江经验”为农村转移就业提供了重要的理论依据。通过建立影响农村转移就业者参与职业技能培训意愿的分析框架,采用随机抽样的方法对参与职业技能培训的意愿开展问卷调查,并对数据进行二元Logistic模型实证分析表明:“晋江经验”内涵了解、家庭经济状况、自身就业状况满意度、培训费用、培训内容和实用性等多种因素,影响农村转移就业者参与职业技能培训的意愿;研究还基于“晋江经验”提出提升其参与职业技能培训意愿的对策建议。The“Jinjiang Experience”has provided an important theoretical basis for Chinese farmers to transfer their employment.The paper first established an analysis framework of influencing factors of employment-transferring farmers’willingness to participate in vocational skills training.A random sampling method was then used to conduct a questionnaire survey,and a binary Logistic model was used to empirically analyze the data collected.The results show that various factors affecting the willingness of employment-transferring farmers to participate in vocational skills training.These factors include their understanding of the connotation of the“Jinjiang experience”,their family economic status,the satisfaction with their current employment status,the training costs,the content and the practicality of the training programs,etc.The study also proposes countermeasures and suggestions based on the“Jinjiang experience”to enhance the willingness of employment-transferring farmers to participate in vocational skills training.
