摘 要:枢纽是一座城市的门户,承担着向抵达客群展示城市形象风貌的特殊使命。在存量更新时代下,枢纽周边地区普遍存在“新站旧城”、“站城分离”的现象,枢纽地区交通问题突出,如何在土地资源紧张、城市的增量资源有限等约束条件下提升枢纽周边地区交通系统,是城市管理者及规划学者关注的焦点。本文以广州北站枢纽周边地区交通提升为例,采用供需平衡法深入剖析了枢纽毗邻区交通需求,综合分析地区交通提升的实施痛点难点,从推动区域交通与城市交通的衔接、“规建管运营”一体联动、精准配置增量资源等方面出发,提出了道路空间优化、交通组织优化、停车及充电设施供给、交通设施投资运营等方面的优化措施,对枢纽周边地区交通提升的实施路径进行探讨。A hub serves as the gateway of a city and undertakes the special mission of showcasing the city’s image and style to the arriving passenger groups.In the era of stock renewal,the phenomena of“new stations and old cities”and“separation of stations and cities”prevail in the areas surrounding hubs,with prominent traffic issues.Given the constraints such as tight land resources and limited incremental resources of the city,how to enhance the transportation system in the areas adjacent to hubs has become the focus of attention for urban managers and planning scholars.This paper takes the transportation improvement in the surrounding area of Guangzhou North Railway Station as an example and employs the supply and demand balance method to deeply analyze the transportation demand in the adjacent area of the hub.It comprehensively examines the implementation difficulties and pain points of regional transportation improvement.Starting from promoting the connection between regional transportation and urban transportation,integrated linkage of“planning,construction,management and operation”,and precise allocation of incremental resources,it proposes optimization measures in aspects such as road space optimization,traffic organization optimization,supply of parking and charging facilities,and investment and operation of transportation facilities,and explores the implementation path of transportation improvement in the areas surrounding hubs.
