摘 要:在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的改革目标下,构建多元主体协同参与的竞技体育后备人才培养体系,是实现竞技体育高质量发展的必然途径,是迈向体育强国的必由之路。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,基于协同治理理论和演化博弈理论,构建政府、社会、学校三方主体协同参与竞技体育后备人才培养的策略选择、影响因素及演化路径。研究表明:利益关系是竞技体育后备人才协同培养的前提,利润高低、政府协调和奖惩力度是竞技体育后备人才协同培养的关键,政府主导是竞技体育后备人才协同培养可持续发展的保障。为此,构建了“政府-社会-学校”三位一体协同治理推进机制,并从完善多元主体参与竞技体育后备人才培养的影响机制、优化多元主体参与竞技体育后备人才培养的协同机制、构建多元主体参与竞技体育后备人才培养的评价机制3个方面提出了相关建议。Under the reform objective of promoting the modernization of national governance capacity and governance system,constructing a reserve talent cultivation system for competitive sports with the collaborative participation of multiple subjects is an inevitable way to realize the high-quality development of competitive sports and a necessary path towards becoming a leading sports nation.Using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,and based on collaborative governance theory and evolutionary game theory,this study explores the strategic choices,influencing factors,and evolutionary paths for the collaborative participation of the government,society and schools in the cultivation of athletic sports reserve talents.The study shows that the relationship of interest is the premise of collaborative participation in the training of athletic reserve tal-ents,while profit level,government coordination,and incentives and penalties are key to collaborative cultivation.The government-led approach is the guarantee for the sustainable development of collaborative participation of multiple subjects in the training of athletic reserve talents.To achieve this,a promotion mechanism for trinity collaborative governance among“government-society-school”has been established.Relevant suggestions are put forward in three aspects:improving the influence mechanism of multi-subject participation in the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents,optimizing the coordination mechanism,and constructing the evaluation mechanism for their participation.
