摘 要:为了研究排球职业联赛参赛运动队长赛季期训练规律,以中国女排超级联赛参赛队主客场赛季期的训练活动为研究对象,运用文献资料法、观察法和调查法进行研究。结果表明:主客场赛季训练核心要素主要由训练分期、训练内容和训练负荷等要素组成。赛季分期训练为5个阶段,每个阶段又由不同类型的训练小周期构成,它们之间成嵌套式结构;技术、战术、体能训练作为训练的核心内容,在赛季不同阶段有不同配比,越接近主要比赛日,战术训练比例越大,技术训练和体能训练稍次之。优秀运动队在一般准备期采用大负荷训练,专门准备期训练负荷量减小、强度增加,竞赛期训练负荷量以中小为主,训练负荷保持中等强度,恢复期训练从小负荷开始逐步提高到日常训练水平。In order to investigate the training patterns of volleyball teams participating in professional leagues during the league season,this study focuses on the training activities of teams participating in the Chinese Women's Volleyball Super League during the home-and-away season by using research methods of literature review,observation,and surveys conducted on the participating teams.The results show that the core elements of training during the home-and-away season are mainly composed of training stages,training content and training load.The season training is divided into five stages,each consisting of a different type of a training cycle arranged in a nested structure.Technical,tactical,and physical conditioning,as the core training,exhibit varying proportions across different stages of the season.As the main match day approaches,the proportion of tactical training increases,with technical and physical training taking a slight secondary role.During the general preparation period,elite teams employ highload training;in the specialized preparation period,the training load decreases while the intensity increases;during the competition period,the training load is primarily moderate to low,maintaining medium intensity;in the recovery period,training starts with low load and gradually increases to daily training levels.
