摘　　要：网络空间作为社会交往实践的“新场域”,是技术赋能所形成虚拟社会形态的现代世界图景。网络空间外在表现为一种虚拟集聚的社会性存在,究其本质是现代技术物化力量对于社会交往形态的时代重塑。网络技术作为物化逻辑的现实力量,以数据资源的互通互融、智能算法的精准画像以及技术系统的终端搭建,构成了网络空间命运共同体的技术样态,开启了共享共治数字世界的新时代。在建构网络空间命运共同体过程中,要警惕技术与资本异化扩张所形成的“人的类本质异化”“社会公共责任疏离”“主体价值消解”等负面效应,应以共商、共建、共享为治理理念,建设网络空间发展共同体、安全共同体、责任共同体、利益共同体,以此构建人民利益福祉的共同精神家园。Cyberspace,as a“new domain”for social interaction practices,epitomizes the virtual social formations engendered by technological empowerment in the contemporary world.Externally,cyberspace manifests itself as a virtually aggregated societal existence,fundamentally representing the era\|defining reshaping of social interaction forms by the material forces of modern technology.As a tangible manifestation of logical forces,network technology constructs the technical dimension of the cyberspace community of shared destiny through the interoperability of data resources,the precise profiling by intelligent algorithms,and the development of terminal systems in technology platforms,heralding a new era of shared governance in the digital world.In the process of constructing this community of shared destiny in cyberspace,caution is warranted against the alienating expansion of technology and capital that may lead to the“alienation of human essence”,the“detachment from social public responsibilities”,and the“dissolution of subjective values”.Governance should be based on the principles of consultation,construction,and sharing to foster a community in cyberspace encompassing development,security,responsibility,and shared benefits,thereby creating a communal spiritual home centered on the welfare of the people.
