摘　　要：自然保护地是生态建设的核心载体、中华民族的宝贵财富、美丽中国的重要象征,在保护生物多样性、改善生态环境质量和维护国家生态安全等方面发挥着重要作用。开展自然保护地勘界立标工作,有助于推动自然保护地规范化建设和精细化管理,但因技术或一些历史原因,造成部分自然保护地边界模糊、权责不清,保护与发展矛盾突出。从自然保护地现状、勘界立标工作任务和存在的问题出发,探讨了开展这项工作的技术流程,并给出了几点工作建议。以云南文山国家级自然保护区为研究区域,依法依规开展了勘界实践,取得了良好的成效,对今后开展其他自然保护地勘界立标工作,具有重要的推广和指导意义。Natural protected areas are the core carrier of ecological construction,the valuable treasure of Chinese nation,and the important symbol of beautiful China.It play an important role in protecting biodiversity,improving ecological environment quality and maintaining national ecological security.Carrying out the delimiting boundary and making marker of natural protected areas will help promote the standardized construction and refined management of nature reserves,however,due to technological or historical reasons,some natural protected areas's boundary have blurred,and its rights and liabilities are unclear,and its contradiction between protection and development is prominent.It urgently needs to carry out the delimiting boundary and making marker for natural protected reserves.This paper starts from the current situation of natural protected areas,the task and the existing problems of the delimiting boundary and making marker.It discusses the workflow for this work and gives some suggestion Taking Wenshan National Nature Reserve in Yunnan as the research area,engineering practice was carried out in accordance with laws and regulations.New methods and technologies of surveying and mapping were used to solve the problems and difficulties encountered in this work,and we got a good practical results.It has important promotion and guiding significance for carrying out the delimiting boundary and making marker of other natural protected areas.
