摘  要:文章旨在设计一款针对气管切开手术患者的痰液防飞溅装置,以降低感染风险,提高护理效率。首先,收集并筛选出14个设计相关因素,经过PCA分析确定8个主要影响因素。随后构思了3种设计方案,利用AHP法得到评价指标权重,并通过TOPSIS法对方案进行综合评价。方案2在功能效果和用户体验方面表现最佳。PCA-AHP-TOPSIS模型能够有效指导气切口痰液防飞溅装置的设计,提升患者舒适度与护理安全性,为临床护理提供了切实可行的解决方案。The purpose of this paper is to design a sputum anti-splash device for tracheostomy patients to reduce the risk of infection and improve nursing efficiency.Firstly,14 design-related factors were collected and screened,and 8 main influencing factors were identified by PCA analysis.Subsequently,three design schemes were conceived,the AHP method was used to obtain the weights of the evaluation indexes,and the schemes were comprehensively evaluated by the TOPSIS method.Option 2 performs best in terms of functional effectiveness and user experience.The PCA-AHP-TOPSIS model can effectively guide the design of sputum anti-splash device for air incision,improve patient comfort and nursing safety,and provide a practical solution for clinical nursing.
