摘 要:了解当前健康管理产品服务系统现状,对大学生群体健康需求和健康行为动因进行分析,运用劝导理论,分析大学生健康管理产品服务系统设计因应之策。通过文献检索健康管理产品服务系统现状和设计趋势,运用问卷调查法和访谈法进行用户研究,分析其健康需求及痛点,将其转化为健康行为动因并构建大学生健康行为动因模型。将劝导理论介入健康行为动因模型,并探索其应用模式,总结出行为劝导下大学生健康管理产品服务系统设计因应之策。综合以上研究,针对大学生健康需求提出“强化行为动机”“提升行为能力”“多元化行为触发点”三个大学生健康管理产品服务系统设计策略,为解决大学生健康管理问题提供理论依据和参考。To understand the current status of the health management product service system,analyze the health needs and health behavior motivations of college students,and use persuasion theory to analyze the design of college students'health management product service system.The current situation and design trend of health management product service system were searched through literature,and the user research of college students was conducted by using questionnaire survey and interview method to analyze their health needs and pain points,which were transformed into health behavior motivation and the health behavior motivation model of college students was constructed.This paper introduces the persuasion theory into the health behavior motivation model,explores its application mode,and summarizes the design of college students'health management product service system under behavioral persuasion.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the above studies,three strategies for the design of college students'health management product service system,namely"strengthening behavioral motivation"“improving behavioral ability”and"Diversity Behavior Trigger Points",are proposed in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for solving college students'health management problems.
