基于“城市双修”的高架桥下空间活化策略探索——以老城区为例

摘　　要：在城市更新背景下,分析城市双修理念及高架桥与城市之间的空间关系,探索老城区高架桥下空间活化的设计策略,立足于现阶段桥下空间环境、安全与文化相对欠缺的问题。以城市双修为视角,结合空间使用现状及潜力,提出由文化、功能、生态、运营4层面构成的设计体系,用实例与设计实践进行论证,终提出基于“城市双修”的高架桥下空间活化策略。结果设计要体现立足于“场”、关注于“人”、着眼于“景”、落实于“规”的理念。研究有望为老城区高架桥下空间活化提供一定的借鉴意义。In the context of urban renewal,this study analyzes the concept of"urban renovation and ecological restoration"and the relationship between elevated highways and cities,exploring design s trategies for a ctivating t he space beneath overpasses in old urban areas.It addresses the current issues of environmental,safety,and cultural deficiencies in such spaces.From the perspective of"urban renovation and ecological restoration"and considering the existing conditions and potential of these spaces,a design system composed of four layers—culture,function,ecology,and operation—is proposed.Case studies and design practices are used to validate the approach,ultimately suggesting activation strategies for the space under overpasses based on the"Urban Double Repair"concept.The design is aimed at embodying principles rooted in"place",focusing on"people",paying attention to"landscape",and implementing through"regulations".The research is expected to provide valuable insights for revitalizing the space under overpasses in old urban areas.
