基于有限单元法的装配式渠槽侧墙结构连接方式研究

摘  要:为了合理设计装配式渠槽侧墙结构的分段长度及连接方式,促进装配式渠槽在工程中的推广应用,以郑云高速矩形渠槽为研究对象,采用有限单元法建立装配式渠槽的三维有限元模型,研究不同侧墙分段长度与连接方式对装配式渠槽应力和位移的影响规律,探究其结构设计方案的合理性。结果表明:不同侧墙分段长度对装配式渠槽应力和位移的影响较小,可根据施工需求确定分段长度;不同侧墙连接方式导致装配式渠槽局部受力差异显著,柔性连接下装配式渠槽各段侧墙的受力相互独立,更适合装配式结构应用。因此建议在设计中优先选用柔性连接方式。To rationally design the segment length and connection methods of prefabricated channel sidewalls,and to promote the application of prefabricated channels in engineering projects,taking the rectangular channel of the Zhengyun Expressway as the research object,a three-dimensional finite element model of the prefabricated channel is established using the finite element method.The influences of different sidewall segment lengths and connection methods on the stress and displacement of the prefabricated channel are studied to explore the rationality of their structural design schemes.The results indicate that different segment lengths of the side wall have little effect on stress and displacement,which allows for the determination of segment lengths based on construction needs;significant differences exist in local stress characteristics for different connection methods.Under flexible connections,the stress of each segment of the side wall acts independently,making them more suitable for prefabricated structural applications.Therefore,it is recommended to prioritize flexible connection methods in design.
